the SEC filing says 'WE'. not 'the government' or 'DOD' which makes me assume SIGMA LABS owns it.

can someone answer my question?..
does anyone think the PPS would go up to .15 within the next two months? I know DEFORM is coming out soon, but could it make the PPS go up to .15 or higher by April??
