When a company signs the dotted line to what anybody prints, the company is in agreement.
So they said it.
The question is, is Fsnr trying to raise money?
Do they need aid so they can continue?
The bottom line:
No communication from the CEO in almost a year.
No pr, no growth and development.
No milestones.
Nothing.
