The solar arrays were part of the first project put together by Bill's cousin, to send energy into the grid and it would power the movie studio backed by big Hollywood money (undisclosed like Bills big undisclosed investors) but neither got off the ground). Great Lakes Energy was at the unveiling of this great project, along with now mayor Tom Bain and others but, despite the town being behind this huge project with big undisclosed Hollywood money, it did not happen. Almost like a trend here. Announce a big project, don't announce the money behind it but say it is all in place, and then put the blame on others when it does not materialise. The permit was for a pole barn, agricultural storage and a fence, that is all. But being in construction you must already have secured the permits like I did. The cost was $800K for the pole barn and $100K for the fence. In the name of Jim Shaaban. The stated end use on the permits was Agricultural Storage. Not medical mj, not packaging and shipping, not anything but Agricultural Storage. The building complied with the zoning, Agricultural Value Added. Take it up with the town. Nothing is in place except the building. But you know this being in construction.
