For your scenario to come true, the interim data would have to be unblinded, which calls into question the validity of final R-IT results - a huge risk to take unless efficacy is way better than 20% - many people (like me) believe it is crucial to finish R-IT to permanently put to bed multiple issues being addressed. So in the best of worlds data will stay blinded but AMRN gets ANCHOR on the label.
