The FDA realized they made a dumb move on ANCHOR and reneged. EXACTLY !!! But they were so ham handed about it . An agency full of adults would have come to the company and worked out an interim agreement . But the FDA felt it had to pull off legal shenanigans, instead of acting above board . Oh, and tip off their inside short trader buddies in the process . I still say a fair interim agreement would have been an expanded label to the 200 - 500 range . That is all AMRN needs right now. Are these two parties so entrenched that they cannot come to that agreement ?
