So, the evidence is clear, FDA acting 'Arbitrary and Capricious'. Why is it taking so long to get answers? Why no CRL for Anchor? Why do the courts not take action on NCE? When will there be a resolution? The questions go on and on and the silence is deafening.

The news this week should have at least doubled the share price and the drugs potential should provide more lift, yet we remain where we are.

I hope this CC provides some insight into what is going on. I would like to believe that there are discussions taking place behind the scenes with the agency to provide some short term clarity on Anchor.
