Correct. FDA's motive is clear. This fits perfectly into what is called 'Arbitrary and Capricious'. This is punishable under the Law. Amarin's lawyers are not dumb. I'm sure they will do something to stop this FDA's atrocities. Sad - if no NCE, no point of completing R-It - generics will try to flood the market with generic V ahead of completion date. FDA is too dangerous to deal with for small pharmas - no small pharma will trust them in the future.
