I live in Colorado. The legislature here has offered a compromise to the cash only situation by passing a bill that would allow the establishment of a "Weed Only" bank.

Those in the industry would then be able to utilize credit and debit cards by using this bank as their main intrest.

The bank would also be able to offer loans to those in the industry for expansion and such.
