You couldn't be any more wrong....

The lawsuit is what it is...hire an attorney and attempt to get more if you can prove your losses to the court...and if you don't mind...please post your progress...it will be interesting for everyone to observe.

The important thing for most investors...is that John is gone and has been as CEO for quite some time. He was a far better facilitator of the pyrolysis mechanisms than he ever was at CEO. That transition has occurred through SEC order and in the end.. just doesn't matter anymore. JB as a dart board is just old news and 3 million shares compensation is a drop in the bucket.

PTOI is under the direction of Rich Heddle...processors are under or will be shortly going under a trial period with EcoNAv. Plant rehires are underway. Contracts of up to 6 processors are in the works...potential customers are in the pipeline. This thing is growing up and out...and JB, for all his quirks, is there to assist as best he can for the engineering firm overseeing the pilot program.

The best part...there's about 40 trading days before the pilot program is completed. Personally, I suspect it may be a bit longer given this nasty winter...but who knows. The SP has been showing a lot of strength...retail is not selling...and there is only one way to go. Another mention of a potential customer...a WM...or Military or Municipal...Federal nod....well...we can all just sit back and enjoy.

Makes JB look real small in the rear view mirror...but by all means...have at it.
