If the SUTI SS numbers are off just a bit it would take EVERY share left in the AS to pay this promised dividend. Actually though I doubt there are 1.2B shares left. Mr Transparent GAGGED the TA so now no one will know for sure. Yep...there's that PROMISED transparency for you from LOOTER!!! And yes LOOTER had to be the one to do it,he's CEO and Eddie is gone...remember???

If by some miracle there are 1.2B shares left it would leave Eddie and LOOTER with ZERO shares to DUMP on the gullible and LOOTER promised NO DILUTION!!!

So...you think LOOTER will just set around in the single wide with nothing to foist off on GULLIBLE IDIOTS or do you think the AS will JUMP to at least 4B shares???
