ZTE case horizon:
-- Summary judgement ruling in US .. Tick tock tick tock
-- Germany ruling
-- India ruling
-- Malaysia case starting in 3 weeks
-- more trial dates in Spain and France later this year and next
-- damages case in UK begins later this year
-- Brazil ???

Google case horizon:
-- watching to see how SCOTUS addresses other WoCs with similar issues of "deference to lower court's finding of facts in claim construction..." Based on seeing what works or doesn't work for others, we will tailor our WoC such that SCOTUS can't logically do anything but redress the errors in our case.

Next up ... Other infringers (HTC, Huawei, etc.)
