I dont think OS was near that high when it ran to 015. Dec 2013 OS was like 85 million and ran to 011. We was hoping to lock the float but dilution ramped up. Someone correct me here but the April 2014 run to 015 had OS around 400-450 milly if I remeber right. That run was diluted hard and OS started climbing significantly thereafter as many promises of audited fins and uplist were tossed out along w Divy carrots dangling. All in an effort for suckers to hold and buy more aka float the PPS. Kinda like now.... Divy still worthless and company is totally quiet on that front. Maybe hoping we forget I guess. Thats gunna be hard considering the $ balance reads a big fat ZERO in our accounts.
