Agree to some degree....it's as if company just started yesterday.....BUT problem is ceo and friends have already extracted millions from the public while the act the still doing business out of thier garage.

....all signals point to this will never change, and if managemt is ever overthrown it will be too late.

IMO, ceo in jail. Mslp bk. But it may take a while for due process.

Lack of liquidity combined with Amex like games (Costco game and work force cuts) demonstrate death, but don't short becuae somebody has the controls....= do not enter either side unless you are a master.

I am wanna be one day master; therefore I don't touch; just watch and learn....and file comaints to sec when I feel they are warranted....
