02/21/15 My E-mail Question to VAL- How long do you believe it will take to get Governmental approval so that you/’OTOW’ will be able to announce the name of the 'OTOW' first LAC market?

02/21/15 E-mail Answer from VAL- “We will announce it when it is ready. That is something I cannot release to one person. We are excited though, just as soon as it happens we will let everyone know”

02/21/15 My E-mail Question to VAL- I was just wondering if this would be a quick couple a weeks or a longer drawn out 6 month Government approval decision. Are you able to give me an approximate, estimated about how long you believe it might take?
