Damn shame no one uses that "If my aunt had balls...." line. Just found out about Bruce Jenner a couple of days ago. Maybe old guys like us are naturally inappropriate.

Trying to find some data on the Schedule 12G form I found on the SEC's EDGAR site after close of market today. May have been posted earlier, and I missed it.

SEC filing rules for 13Gs are 72 hours, filing entry says the deal consummated on the 25th. A previous big buy listed there from last week. You guys are slipping. Yip has to keep an eye on Auntie Duke. SEC Schedule 13Gs for a 5% stake buy-in.

So that's ~10% taken of the 15% I claim our underwriters' been holding from the over allotment funding declared in the S1. They been holding since their mid-January announcement (Coverage initiated on Applied DNA Sciences by Maxim Group).

1% of 1 Mill = 10K. 10K×17* = 170K×5 = 850K shares or more bought by each 13G signing (. So much for my math. Oh yeah, my factor.

*17 Million is the approximate number of shares listed on most sites for us

Correction, $10 Mill came through with this:
    •Delabarta Inc bought 6.95% of shares = 1,213,234 shares
    •Abarta inc bought 6.95% of shares = 1,213,234 shares

As of this post the NASDAQ Institutional Holder data Sea Pigeon had for us is still listing at ~5.6%. And they're still listing 31 Dec. as the last date of their posting.
