The settlement was described as a stock divvy by some of the faithful longs. [Laughable I know].

Ideally you should sue the company and "Honest John" . But if you think you won't sue individually you should at least file your claim and recover something. IMO...

There are a couple longs who are starting a lawsuit supposedly. You might seek them out and see if that is a better deal for you.

People say a lot of things on the message boards. Go with your gut feeling.
