Valuations

If we recieve our division and total in treasure is equal to two million.
We get one, so what does that do the stock price?

We have 2 billion shares out there with 1.7 float. Without expences taken out that means a .0005 stock price. If it is a straight valuation.

What if it is the normal 3-5x earnings or would this be a Internet valuation of 20+x earnings?

Does the 2 billion equate 100 ownership in the company? Does anyone know?

Just want to talk about something else then heresay.
