I talked to him earlier. He said these are not new shares so no dilution going on just the old ceo and brokerages dumping. he shot down the possibility of a reverse split. and he wants to run a business not a pump and dump so he is waiting until after this dumping passes to release news. besides that he is very positive and believes the company will be profitable this year to the tune of 20k per month eventually. he also felt the stock price should be somewhere around 2 or 3 pennies. i talked to him for 30 minutes or so and the guy seems very passionate about what hes doing

i forgot to ask him about the subsidiaries debt ill make sure to shoot over an email this weekend.
