Sons, thanks. I think I said that... "As far as the 244, I think the Judge will go the same way as the 800, the ITC action on the 244 has nothing to do with the jury verdict in his court." Apparently, ZTE will get no relief from Judge Andrews vi sa vi the recent CAFC decision in his court.

Anyway, I have no opinion on what Judge Andrews will decide in MSFT, and we may be premature in our expectations at this point. Like Loop said, the recent CAFC decisions on claim constructions are troubling.
