Loop, I agree... good news. I am not too worried about the 151 patent since Judge Andrews has already signaled his opinion on the claims... gotta be heavy on IDCC's side. As far as the 244, I think the Judge will go the same way as the 800, the ITC action on the 244 has nothing to do with the jury verdict in his court.
This is all good news, imo ... but I am no expert. Please thank your "reporter" for sharing with us.
