Good question. There is most certainly a NDA gag agreement in the purchase. There always is, been involved in several personally. And you can't sue if there is nothing to take. Primco has nothing, and who the hell knows what they had to give or pay Iggy to get the dismissal settlement. There is nothing but shady deals and moves going on here imo.
