The Barnes&Noble motion to dismiss the case is very strong and things do not look good for PTSC. Perhaps that explains the slumping share price. Basically the ITC finding of non infringement prevents the issue from being re litigated in the No. District of Cali. I would recommend you sell your shares until this motion is heard. Not worth the risk friends.
