ok, but again, it's been 4 1/2 months since uspr announced initiated arrangements for a 5000 meter core drill and 3 1/2 months since Hartman was gonna negotiate with Mesa for an extensive drill.

maybe the 5000 meter drill fell through (no word either way from uspr) but Mesa had already agreed to put $50 million into the project, and George Mesa in a letter to uspr said they stand committed to putting the $10 million in for the drilling.

if uspr's existing jv partner stands committed to putting in the $10 million, why haven't they been able to finalize it in 3 1/2 months???
