As you know it will come and be accurate. IMO there is no urgency for a 8K. EAPH has just completed a major partnership arrangement. The 8K will be forthcoming as EAPH has been transparent and what they say they will do they do. Can't ask for anything better then that! I would expect EAPH to continue with a third party audit of financials as they move to be up-listed hopefully during 2015. GLTY!
