One huge issue is no death spiral financing. Another point is that If the company had 70 million shares issued and outstanding based on the current stock price, MMMW would still be less than $1 million market cap. The company based on the information that they mentioned , has several offers each week from many different death spiral finance.compqnies and even their own shareholders. I think that is very common among "over the counter stock." If they accepted death spiral finance which I am confident that they will not, I would sell my shares because I know that my stock would be toast even if they have the best product since sliced bread.

The company MMMW has no intention of accepting death spiral finance and it would be corporate suicide if they took the poisonous toxic debt.
