Amazing numbers given there have been $33M in assets which everyone keeps harping on like it matters a damn...non-performing assets are worth little more than a hole in the ground. If I buy swampland in Florida and can't rent or resell it, was it a good investment? It is technically an asset but not something as an investor you want to share in, especially if the owner is fire-selling shares in that property and making your share smaller everyday. Somewhere PT Barnum is smiling.
