and the question still is, how do we know there's tens and tens of billions there when uspr themselves haven't said it? how is it possible we could know something that the company does not?
the only problem with drill, prove and sell is that it's been 4 1/2 months since uspr "initiated arrangements" for a 5000 meter core drill, yet nothing has been done. And 3 1/2 months since Hartman was going to "spearhead" negotiations with MAG.
Why would it take 3 1/2 months with zero progress when MAG had already announced they would invest a total of $50 million in the project and "stood ready" to commit the $10 million to drill? If Hartman is "spearheading" negotiations between an existing JV partner that was committed to the $10 million, why have we heard nothing in 3 1/2 months?
instead of getting closer to drill, I say uspr is getting further away from when they said they were gonna drill with no drilling in sight.
