As stated before a pinksheet does not restrict investment. See Nestle for example. There are no companys prohibited from investing in a pinksheet.

A PENNY STOCK .... ANY stock with a PPS of less than $5 DOES have investment restrictions.

SRSR is restricted to investment and Niostar will be restricted for the same reason.

It is not an assumption that they do not have institutional investors lined up. They CANT.

At least not any legit institutional investor.

I would say many people would think a venture capitalist who gets discounted conversions are an intuition but we are talking about long term investors. Not pump and dump VCs
