Very well said, but I do think REVO has a chance.

HAAAAA

I LOVE!!! Just love your spin on "the emperor has no clothes" schtick...

"REVO isn't for everyone...it's for smart investors only"..

Therefore...if you don't like REVO or otherwise question REVO, you must be not smart, or stupid...

Here is some true stupid for you :

YOU proved your level of actual investing acumen when you wrote NOTE HOLDERS aren't SHAREHOLDERS!

It's like saying anyone who owns ice, doesn't own water...BECAUSE THEY OWN ICE!

Well....here's your sign:

A note or warrant holder own a note, redeemable for shares. In fact.. They may own several notes or warrants...redeemable for ....YOU GUESSED IT... SHARES!

Those note or warrant holders may redeem notes or warrants at their leisure after any applicable hold period expires...
They may convert a note for shares and now own the notes value in shares AND STILL RETAIN OTHER NOTES OR WARRANTS

Which makes them ..... YOU GUESSED IT...
NOTE HOLDERS AND SHAREHOLDERS ALL AT THE SAME TIME!

REVO sells debt.
It's called debt equity financing.
Crappy companies with insufficient revenue, no revenue MUST sell debt to pay bills.
Good, solvent companies may CHOOSE to sell debt because the financing agreements are so cheap, it's better to use debt equity and keep cash on hand.
Apple sells debt. They do so because they are a great company and they get great terms...
At any point...apple can completely pay off debt...but why would you use cash to pay off debt when the cash is earning you more than the debt is costing you?

REVO sells debt because they have ZERO INCOME.

Once they sell the debt... They provide opportunities for those note holders to "cash out" by releasing a press release that swells the volume enough for converted shares to be transferred...

In a PUMP AND DUMP SCHEME that REVO and the Note holders are aware of.

REVO is a scam stock and to twist your "emperor has no clothes" schtick...only the stupid don't see it.
