The old tmm management, including JOE STRATTER, Mike Fernandez and Tom Simpson were responsible for those issues but the new management has learned from them and from their own PnD mistakes the past two years.

Let's see how this one goes for them before judging. They have made the pre-announcement so I expect them to come back with another announcement as they said in a couple more weeks. It will most likely be an LOI or MOU or something else that is intentionally vague with no specified revenues and no details made public.

We all know there are really NO PRODUCTS so the ZERO revenue quarterly reports will just keep coming and the roller coaster ride of the share price will just keep rolling on!
