They have enough cash to get them into mid June...if you look at the financials the largest expense was non-cash related items...stock compensation...

Any number of reasons to be pushing the company...increase market valuation...and increase pressure on the old CRO to settle on CVMs terms are my guess..

The SEC/DoJ would conduct any insider investigation...trading on non-public knowledge related to the lawsuit/arbitration would meet the requirements for an insider trading investigation...
