I have been looking at NASDAQ Level III for PPHM.

I think we may go MUCH higher today. There is a 75% chance.
The big has unbalanced volume. you do not see that a lot at the different levels. If you have an unbalanced ask you good for the way down.

The unbalance was at moments 1/40. that means there is a VERYYYYYYYYY VERYYYYYYYYYY big buyer and I have a discrete seller pulling away from the ask by one cent each time a meaningful volume is traded.

That means the buyer is anticipating the seller to come down but the seller by the extra cent shows he will not meet the bid often. So we go up.
