One cannot buy one quarter of the entire shares outstanding at the lowest tick possible and then sell one quarter of the entire shares outstanding at the highest tick.

During the last penny panic run volume was already drying up when QASP topped .0030. While it was above that level it never traded more than 570 million shares in a day. Even on the day it peaked at .0038 any substantial sales were still taking it as low as .001. The day after the peak the price was more stable and that entire day's volume was only 270 million.

Except for a few small retail trades, the only guys selling above .0030 were the Form D guys. And the vast majority of those shares were sold between .0010 and .0020.
