I hope you read my analysis of PNOW last night. Well today they just announced news that they have initiated next round funding to complete and launch the Central American-Carribean online social travel hub - a funding proposal that increases the value of their flagship platform, Oveedia, from seven to eight figures.

This funding proposal increases Oveedia's overall valuation, from seven to eight figures.

Pure's Oveedia development partners, have taken a traditional route in capital raising for the project. Management indicated that funds for Oveedia are primarily being raised through private, controlled funding rounds. This will manage expected growth, minimize dilution and contribute to the systematic increase of valuations prior to the next series of rounds. Pure's management also seeks to make significant operational adjustments, hoping to eliminate high carry cost and the associated financial pressures – ultimately returning long-term value to shareholders.

The Oveedia funding teams have assured Pure's management, that fully capitalizing the Oveedia project privately, is doable; having already received one monetary commitment.
