in the last two years Matt had nothing to do with the last AS increase that joey asked for and then made a mess of it and got us in a lawsuit. The stock has tanked over 90% under joey's watch.

He has NEVER bought a share but he will now take them as a Bonus, what a guy. We all know how fast joey can sell shares, facts.

CEO needs to come out from under his rock and give us guidance, will there be a buy back in the future, is he thinking about selling some assets or Co. JV, M&A. Joey is kind of guy who lets business come to him & doesn't want to go get business. If joey want the company to succeed he can come out of the dark and tell us. Joey has spoken & he says 2 Billion.

Until then...I Vote a big fat NO.
