Maybe I answered my own question!

I just realized I may have already figure it out:

Right there where I said:

"I mean, here you got CTTC being called into conferences over the GEOMC lawsuit that could result in its entire inventory being flown back to Korea -- or maybe to MISTER Marineo's basement, who knows? And you also got the former sales manager lawsuit coming to trial in about five or six more months! Seems a little late in the day to go and start any calmare trial, doesn't it?"

Why, sure! Seems rather silly to bust a gut on PMAs, pivotal trials, and government contracts when you may not even HAVE an inventory in only a few months! For that matter, they may not have any inventory NOW! Since GEOMC has a lien on CTTC's entire inventory and is suing them, is CTTC even allowed to sell any more calmares pending the outcome of the trial?
