No reason to not do both. OCAT is a good target for a long term gain but the way that it trades on news makes it a great stock to trade as well.
That is actually not the best thing to have on an exchange that will allow shorting but shorts are just another tool to use to see if the PPS is going to move.

I give it about 4-6 months and the PPS will stablize and begin trending without huge spikes. I will go long at that point and stop flipping
