The deal was the settlement of the lawsuit between them and Dixie Elixirs (Tripp Keber) in which Tripp transferred his 40% ownwrship of Red Dice Holdings to MJNA making MJNA sole owner of RDH and the Dixie Botanicals products and MJNA transferred ownership of the Dixie Elixirs and Edibles brand and IP back to Tripp Keber. The transfer of assets were completed and the deal is done and the transaction was valued at the 6.8 million.
