a letter to mgmt:

Dear MR Toevs & MR Marley,

please hire me as your stock public relations mgr. i will not charge you a dime for the first 6 mths.

First, I should mention that mgmt is doing a great job at growing the company. But, company growth and shareholder value, in this case, are 2 completely different things.

with your letter to shareholders, you continue your failure at considering things from a shareholders perspective.

Shareholders are down, at a minimum, 50% with there investment in jamn. Some or many are down considerably more, 60% to 75%.

so, from a shareholders persepctive, Things Are Not GREAT!!

you failed to mention the most important thing that is on the shareholders minds, the dilution situation with ironridge/dragonox or whoever they are called.

can you not make a simple phone call and ask a few questions in order to explain to shareholers:

1) is ironridge done?, who is dragonox?
2) how many shares are left?
3) can we compensate with cash and get some shares back?

shareholders have been stuck with this dilutionary situation for over 18 months now and many are fed up.

If i were your pr person, i would do some simple things in order to create excitement and value in your stock:

1) is it true that your authorized share count is over 5 billion shares? why?.... how simple would it be the reduce the a/s count from 5 billion to 200 million? if this is the case, this MUST BE DONE.

2) As a gesture to the suffering of shareholders over the past 18 months or so, can you, mr marley and mr tren, retire a small amount of shares that you own. 5 million, 10 million? a small gesture like this can go a long way in creating shareholder value.

3)or, a buyback, by one or all three of you?

4) can you reach out to dragonox or ironridge and offer cash in order to get back the shares. this could double shareholder value within a week.

5) PUT OUT VALID PR'S. why not pr wegmans, why not pr target??

so, i would seriously consider some or all of the above.

keep up the good work with the company, but your treatment of shareholders has been less than desirable.

A Sincre Good luck to all of you

your shareholders.
