Where does the energy to get the water to the top of the tower come from?



It has been determined that the SWET tower will be built & functioning when pigs can fly.

I had earlier proposed that the flying pigs be utilized to carry the water up to the top of the SWET tower. Although the pig energy will be "free", will there be a cost associated with feeding, breeding, caring for the pigs ?

Or can wild "free range" pigs be used ?
