That is simply because an uplist does not add any real value.

The company gained nothing from uplisting they are the same stock that traded at .04-.08 for quite a while prior to the split and that really has not changed.

I am happy to see it get to the nasdaq and maybe open up some less toxic financing than is available on the OTC but in all reality the stock should retrace a little today and allow the chart to reset with a little consolidation.

There are other things on higher exchanges that are not the greatest thing to have like retail shorting.

OCAT is making the right steps but the traders are no different. When the shareholders eventually realize that a 25% gain just on an uplist is not stable the profit taking will lower the PPS back into the 6s
