That is incorrect as shareholders cannot be limited or separated on that basis of when shares were purchased unless its like a dividend which a PR would have had to be issued as well as filing. The only other separations between stock is whether its common or preferred. We all own shares and anyone who wants them has to pay what we want for them. Thats how the market works.
