How can anyone buy stock in a company without knowing a single detail about its CEO, one "Eric Brown", who seems to have been conjured up out of thin air?

Seriously, wouldn't you at least want to know that he actually existed and where he had worked previously before you put any of your hard-earned money into this serial train wreck?
