Hard to say how well enforced the Romanian injunction really is.
If one takes it at face value, it would seem likely to impact ZTE's next Q results much more than this Q or last Q....
ZTE can probably mask that impact through accounting tricks for at least 1-2 Qs before there's just no hiding it anymore.
I strongly doubt that ZTE is expecting this injunction to still be in place 6 months from now.
They may try to bribe/smuggle their way around it for a while but ultimately they've got to do business in Europe and US basically above board... So they undoubtedly plan on getting this injunction lifted this year...
They're just still evaluating how real the injunction really is and what the impact on them is and how they can settle for the minimum.
In short, I think we're a good 3-6months before the impact shows up in ZTE's reported financials...
