ICBU is issuing 1 for 1 stock in a private split off company to shareholders on record this weekend. Strong buy for today and can always be flipped Monday and still pick up the 1 for 1 private held shares? Symbol was trading well above .01 when this issuing was announced so it can return with projects further along. The 1 for 1 share dividend is given to shareholders this Saturday the 28th. Strong buy.
