And btw many seem to be pinning their hopes on a JV as if it will cure all that ills this stock, it won't, sad to say, however this stock has been beaten down so much its due for a manipulated bounce.

Just like raw sewage, you can hold it down for only so long and eventually it will float back to the top, but it's still sewage and it still stinks.
