Actually, you don't know this.

Actually Shayne Heffernan isn't in control of HEFFX or any other Heffernan Group of Companies directly for legal reasons.

But I'd be curious to know what legal reasons you think there are involved that would prohibit him from being acknowledged as running his company.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
