Better double check your dirt. Many years ago there was more than one contamination problem with the EPA on that property. BTW, where is whatever money being made from the sale of the dirt going? Seems to me if there is any money made from that dirt, it belongs to the company and shareholders, not just an individual. Call me crazy, but i think some accounting is called for here.
