Everyone knows the risk here I assume, that's not my point, my point is that JB hides behind these facts by making Breakthough mining claims

Here's an old adage which all Attorneys know.


The large print promises you everything, but the small print takes it away.


In this case the large print is the NR's

The small print is the forward looking statements and associated risk

So what JB does is make breakthrough claims in LBSR's NR's, all before one drill is put into the ground, knowing very well he doesn't have to deliver anything, because the forward looking statements and risk disclosures protects him.

And he merely issues new claims after awhile to keep this thing going, If holders buy it fine, but I don't

And you better believe any monied investor(s) knows this, after all any JV will be signed by attorneys, be it in the mid east or the philippines or any corner of the globe

And once again I say its irresponsible and shameful to mislead shareholders without a PROVEN resource or 43-101

And maybe just maybe this is why potential investors may not take him seriously?
