Yup, we closed above .01 on the 27th of Jan.. forget the 31 days so I am off one..

1) Meet an initial minimum bid price test of $0.01 as of close of business for each of the previous 30 calendar days

2) Complete and submit OTCQB application and applicable fees

3) Be current in all periodic reporting requirements on EDGAR (or for companies not required to file on EDGAR, post SEC disclosure on the OTC Markets website)

Where do you think we are on Number 2 & 3.
Has paperwork been submitted?

Is SING current on periodic reporting reqs?


It is promising I will say.. I do hate the lack of transparency.
No update on clients in forever.
No updates other than a website that looks just like the one before it.

Still so much started, with no updates.
